Clarity is power. To know exactly what you want out of life is the first step towards turning dreams into reality and goals into achievement. But more importantly clarity is also the ability to know exactly what you will not do in order to achieve your goal or dream.
Conviction leads to confidence, which metamorposes into performance. By the way, life is a performance of functions. Conviction is rooted in certainty. Conviction is a strong belief in oneself to achieve any goal or dream based on unshakable faith and relentless desire. When you are convinced, you are certain. When your are certain, you are confident.
Calmness is real power. To be calm at all times, all seasons and all circumstances is real power few people have truly mastered. People seldom develop this trait except in their late 40’s and 50’s. Very few achieve this level of maturity in the 20’s and 30’s. When you reach a stage where you are unperturbed about what life throws at you positively or negatively, you have achieved true maturity in life.
Clarity and conviction are building blocks of calmness. When you are crystal clear about what you want and certain that you will get it, you automatically develop a state of calmness. People who have developed the habit of being calm have a clear understanding of who they are, what they can achieve, and what exactly they are working towards. Conviction is rooted in belief system. People who truly believe in themselves have references and experiences to support their belief system.
There are three strategies you can use to develop the trait of calmness.
1. Information
2. Meditation
3. Reflection.
Calmness is peace of mind, serenity of soul and traquility of body. It is a result of deep understanding of how life works and how you operate as a life.
Remember, you were born to excel. Success is in your DNA. Greatness is in you. Besides, happiness is your birthright.
